By downloading, installing, or using Turnly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Turnly is a mobile word puzzle and trivia game that allows users to play asynchronous 1 vs 1 mini-game challenges with friends.
Features include:
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet the age requirement, have the authority to agree to these Terms, and that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or harm other users.

The App, including all content, game mechanics, features, and functionality, is owned by iq5.io and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the App; create derivative works; or use the App for commercial purposes without our written permission.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Ads may be targeted based on your device information and usage data. You can limit ad personalisation through your device settings (see our Privacy Policy). We are not responsible for third-party ad content.
The App is currently free with no in-app purchases. If we introduce purchases in the future, all purchases will be subject to separate terms and the relevant platform's (Apple App Store / Google Play) purchase policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, accuracy of content, or the security of data transmission.
The App is for entertainment purposes only. It does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iq5.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or violations of mandatory consumer protection laws.
You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account, go to Settings → Delete Account within the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or for any legitimate business reason, with or without notice. Your license to use the App ends immediately upon termination.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app message. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. EU users retain all rights granted under EU consumer protection legislation, which take precedence over any conflicting provision in these Terms.
